Raw Materials & Production Process
Cold ramming paste is made from high-temperature electrically calcined anthracite, artificial graphite and natural graphite. Coal tar pitch, coal tar and mixed oil additives are used as binders.
The raw materials are processed through crushing, batching, stirring and kneading, forming a paste suitable for normal-temperature construction and ramming operation.

Using Guide
Loading & Transportation
Do not squeeze during loading and transportation to avoid tamping in advance.
Storage Conditions
Store at normal temperature and avoid direct sunlight, strong wind and poor storage environments.
Shelf Life
The storage time should not be too long. The shelf life is generally within one year to prevent drying caused by binder evaporation.
Expired or dry cold ramming paste may cause delamination and uneven construction quality, increasing the risk of leakage during roasting and operation.
