2) Improper Power Supply Conditions: Excessive current or unstable voltage overheats the electrode, accelerating chipping; high power factor can also trigger chipping.

4. Equipment and Operational Factors

1) Structural Malfunction of Electrode Cylinder: Mechanical issues such as stiffened ribs or poor copper tile contact create uneven stress distribution, leading to chipping.
2) Environmental Temperature Effects: Low winter temperatures may cause intermittent operation of heating elements, resulting in paste blockage or inadequate sintering.
