Pre-baked Carbon Anode application
Prebaked Carbon Anodes are a particular type of consumable electrodes (anodes) designed for aluminium
smelting through the Hall-Héroult process. During the smelting process, these carbon anodes are suspended
within the electrolysis cell(s) containing the electrolyte, which is primarily aluminium oxide (Al2O3). In the
process, prebaked anode is consumed at a rate of approximately 450 kg of anode per tonne of liquid aluminium
produced.

The main ingredient of our electrode is made of high-quality Ningxia "Taixi Coal" (others may use Ningxia general anthracite, and some use general calcined anthracite) The raw materials Includes graphite scraps with a carbon content of up to 99.9% (others may not use such high-cost raw materials). The production line is a fully automated production line, from the crushing of ingredients to the final kneading molding, most of them are controlled by a computer.
