Since completing its automation upgrade in 2008, Rongxing has achieved a daily production capacity of 600 tons. As the largest electrode paste manufacturer in Central China, we can produce various formulations of electrode paste and closed paste to meet customer requirements.

For example: A 15,000 kVA FeSiMn furnace requires approximately 80 tons of Rongxing electrode paste per month.Our factory's daily output is sufficient to meet the monthly needs of six such furnaces. You can be confident that our electrode paste can satisfy the high-volume procurement demands of ferroalloy plants.

Raw Material Advantage : High-quality raw materials ensure high-quality electrode paste

It is well known that ECA serves as the aggregate for electrode paste, and its quality directly impacts the paste's performance. We utilize Ningxia Taixi anthracite, characterized by low volatile matter, low ash content, high carbon content, low electrical resistivity, and high strength, so Taixi anthracite is an ideal natural raw material for electrode paste.

Unit Consumption Advantage : 20% Lower Than the Industry Average

"Unit consumption" refers to the amount of electrode paste consumed per unit of finished ferroalloy product.

When used in FeSiMn furnaces under identical operating conditions, our electrode paste allows for a 20% reduction in consumption compared to products from other suppliers. In a real case involving two 15,000 kVA furnaces, monthly consumption was 200 tons with a competitor's product, but dropped to approximately 160 tons with ours—all without any operational incidents. Lowering consumption effectively reduces ferroalloy production costs.
