Factory Overview: History and Capacity

Our primary manufacturing base, the original Rongxin Carbon plant, was established in 1992 and is located in Gongyi City, Henan Province. This plant is equipped with two fully automated production lines. While its designed annual capacity is 200,000 tons, it currently operates at an actual output of 50,000 to 60,000 tons per year, with a daily production capacity of approximately 600 tons. To better serve our clients, we expanded our operations with a second plant in Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province. Built in 2022 and commencing production at the end of that same year, Plant No. 2 also features two fully automated lines with a similar designed capacity of 200,000 tons and a current operational output of 50,000-60,000 tons. Furthermore, to meet growing demand, Plant No. 3 is under construction in Lianyungang. Designed with a capacity consistent with Plant No. 2, it is expected to become operational in the first half of 2026.

Advanced, Automated Production Lines

Our production process is built around computer-controlled, fully automated lines that ensure exceptional product consistency and minimal variance. From raw material feeding, screening, and crushing to mixing, kneading, and molding, and finally cooling, every step is managed by automated systems. Manual assistance is primarily involved only in the final packaging stage. This high level of automation guarantees stable production and precision. For instance, the feeding error is rigorously controlled within 2 kg, and the deviation in the volatile matter of the finished product is maintained at around 0.1% (one per mille).

Stringent Quality Control (QC) Procedures

Quality assurance is paramount at Rongxin. We have our own dedicated QC department that conducts regular sampling and testing of the electrode paste throughout the production cycle. Key performance indicators such as density, moisture, ash content, volatile matter, and resistivity are meticulously checked and compared against standards. A formal QC report is issued as one of the documents accompanying each shipment. This internal control system ensures the authenticity and reliability of our product specifications, providing customers with confidence in the quality they receive.
